The Elder Ice Dragon Jormag have driven out of the mighty norns south of the Shiverpeak Mountains, and now their largest settlement is Hoelbrak. It began as simple hunting lodge that grew to what it is today. You can see the Bear, Wolf, Raven and Snow Leopard warching the eastern entrance.
